·All items are shipped through United Parcel Service (UPS) ground Merchandise in stock will be shipped in 3-5 working days. In most cases we ship the same day. If the items are not in stock, we will order it directly from the company, which usually takes 7-10 days. In the case that your items are back ordered, we will contact you for instructions.

·Returns should be made directly to West Bend Woolen Mills: 1125 E. Washington Street, West Bend, WI 53095.
·Merchandise must be in original condition with the tags attached for a refund or exchange.
·Returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.
·Refunds will be given in the same method that the payment was made.
·You are responsible for shipping costs on returns/exchanges.
·When making an exchange, it speeds up the process to reorder the item and send the exchange for a refund.
