Outdoor Clothing Return Policies
All work wear, outdoor clothing, and home goods merchandise must be in original condition, unused, with the tags attached for a refund or exchange. Any items that have been worn, washed, have tags or packaging missing, odors and pet hair will also be refused.
Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. Refunds will be given in the same method that the payment was made, upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
To make a return or an exchange, complete the Return Form enclosed with your original order, indicating whether you want to exchange the item(s) or receive a refund. You are responsible for shipping costs and insurance on returns/exchanges, unless there was an error on West Bend Woolen Mills’ part in filling the order as specified to the address provided. In that event, you will be refunded the additional shipping charges.
